Not engage in providing any services resulting in any potential or actual conflicts of interest. |

At all times recognise the legal and equitable rights of all parties. |

Maintain the confidentiality of information obtained during the course of any investigation at all times. |

Maintain and adhere to a privacy policy that meets and exceeds all Federal and State laws along with client requirements and expectations. |

Treat all persons equally without fear or favour, regardless of their race, ethnicity, disability, gender, sexuality, religious belief, political persuasion, or social standing. |
