VINCENT SCOPELLITI, Managing Director, LKA Group Pty Ltd.
Vincent obtained his Law and Psychology Degrees at Monash University in 1984. He initially worked as a Lawyer for five years where he gained general experience in all areas of law and later specialised in insurance litigation and criminal law.
Vincent joined Lee Kelly & Associates in 1988 and developed extensive field investigations experience prior to taking over the Victorian operations in 1990. He later expanded the business into Queensland as part of his national vision. In 2002 he amalgamated the Queensland and Victorian operations to form the LKA Group which has now expanded into a national service provider.
Vincent has a unique understanding of the industry and the diverse needs of clients. He is now responsible for development of the LKA Group. His aim is to improve the standing of investigators in the industry through increased professionalism, training, advanced technology and innovative investigation solutions.

NORMAN THOMAS, Manager-Loss Adjusting.
Norm brings to LKA Group a wealth of experience and expertise. After nine years of employment within the insurance industry, Norm has now completed 30 years service as a Chartered Loss Adjuster. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (FCLA), a Senior Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF Snr Assoc.), and a Member of the International Association of Arson Investigators (MIAAI).

DAVID COTTER, Special Investigations Manager
David is a solicitor admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. He was in partnership in private practice as a Solicitor for 21 years with Lander & Rogers, including 15 years as a Senior Partner. His practice was almost entirely involved with common law and WorkCover litigation in all jurisdictions. As a Solicitor, it was his practice to regularly carry out major investigations on behalf of many of his clients. David joined the LKA Group in 1999 as a senior investigator and has been involved in many complex public liability, discipline, professional indemnity and whistleblower investigations. He is now responsible for our special investigations.

SHARON SMITH, Queensland State Manager
Sharon has over 15 years experience in the insurance and investigation industry. She initially worked with WorkCover South Australia before establishing an SA based investigation business. Sharon joined LKA Group in 2001 as a Senior Factual Investigator, undertaking a range of workers compensation, liability and personal injury investigations. Prior to her appointment as Queensland State Manager she worked in various management roles including Training & Client Manager. Sharon now oversees the day-to-day functions of our Queensland operations.

DAVID HOWARD, Victorian Operations Manager
David has over 16 years experience in the investigation industry. Before this he spent many years working as a management accountant for a major public company. He has tertiary qualifications in business, security and risk management and has for many years specialized in major fraud and other complex investigations. David also has extensive experience in insurance fraud, whistleblower investigations, due diligence and pre-acquisition enquiries, forensic accounting and intellectual property investigations. David is now responsible for our training, client services and managing the day to day functions of our Victorian operations.

MICHAEL (MICK) JACOBS, North Queensland Regional Operations Manager
Mick joined LKA Group in April 2003 as North Queensland Regional Operations Manager. Mick is a former Detective Senior Sergeant within Queensland Police Service, working predominantly in the North Queensland Region. He has in excess of 20 years experience in all facets of investigations, including fire, fraud, motor vehicle theft, burglary, workers compensation and internal disciplinary investigations. Mick has extensive experience in the area of commercial/domestic fire investigation and has successfully completed numerous complex fire investigations for major insurers. He is currently a member of the Queensland Association of Fire Investigators and has also successfully completed the Queensland Police Service Arson Investigation Course.
