Training & Equipment

The success of our surveillance services can be directly attributed to the level of experience and training of surveillance investigators which are enhanced by the level of equipment they use. LKA has developed our own in-house comprehensive training program which covers all aspects of covert surveillance, including static and mobile observations. This training is also provided via our web-based training and assessment portal to ensure all of our investigators worldwide benefit from our continuous improvement programs. Our investigators are all equipped with the latest in video and still camera technology, along with personal laptops and communication systems.

Clear Instructions and Job Planning

One of the most critical aspects of any surveillance assignment is to ensure that we have obtained clear instructions along with sufficient information to allow us to obtain a positive identification of the subject. Before any surveillance assignment is commenced, our surveillance case managers review and confirm all instructions, conduct extensive database searches, gather relevant information and develop a subject profile summary which forms the basis of our instructions to the field investigators to assist them in obtaining better outcomes for our clients.
