We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our General Insurance Investigations Team on a Contractor basis. Reporting to the General Insurance Investigations Manager, the role is designed to conduct complex investigations across all General Insurance claim types. The right person will have first-hand General Insurance investigation experience (more than 2 years) and completed (or willing to do so) the ANZIIF training – Claims Investigation Standards and the General Insurance Code of Practice.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Must have a current Inquiry Agents Licence and Drivers Licence.
- Must have a minimum of two years General Insurance investigation experience.
- The necessary skills to undertake investigations in a professional and ethical manner including Preparing for and conducting interviews to gather evidence
- Excellent Report Writing skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to instructions
- Available to work flexible and adaptable work hours, with the capability of completing city and on occasions country work.
- Intermediate computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ANZIIF Certified – Claims Investigation Standards and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
Experience
Only Candidates with a minimum of two (2) years General Insurance Investigation experience who hold a current Inquiry Agent licence will be considered.
