Monika Smith is a highly experienced solicitor, investigator and case manager with particular expertise in Workcover investigations.

Monika is used to managing high volumes of complex pending and common law claims as well as corporate and discreet matters involving desktop investigations.

Since joining LKA Group Monika has furthered her expertise with a particular emphasis on our pending investigations and witness locations.

Having over 20 years of experience in the field, Monika’s broad legal knowledge base allows her to effectively navigate relevant legislative frameworks surrounding complex investigations.  She is known for her empathetic nature which has allowed her to build great relationships with clients and investigation teams alike.

When away from the office Monika enjoys going on long walking hikes with her family and friends.
